I wish I could have taken more skyscraper pictures while we were in HK as we always believe that HK has the most captivating cityscapes in the world.
Sure enough.

I am glad we asked for higher floor level. It is worth paying the extra for its spectacular harbour view.

The second year when we were there, we stayed at another hotel in Causeway Bay; facing yet another eye catching view of the Happy Valley Racecourse.
We were having lunch at the Harlan's restaurant in Kowloon and captured storm clouds view by chance.
The stunning view of Hong Kong island by night from the Peak.
And watching the dazzling neon skyline burst into life from Hutong restaurant.
I thought the nightlife picture (below) turns out quite nicely given my poor shooting skill + aging camera + Parkinson hands. Hmmm...... no???
The light show is one of the largest spectacles of its kind worldwide and plays every night from 8pm.
You may catch a better view from the Avenue of Star but viewing it from the restaurant can avoid the large crowd.
Hong Kong is such a vibrant city, always full of colours and surprises, don't you think?
