Luckily I flatly refused hot coffee. Eating apples was hard enough.

I had two smooth days in Brisbane with plenty of fun with my niece, Sophie ♥
She turned FIVE last month and she is a lot taller and heavier now (and of course prettier too!).

It was so funny that evening Sophie suddenly asked me: "ku-cheh, what's your name?"
Before I even spoke a word, my 'very lovely' brother suddenly interrupted: "ku-cheh Leong"
LAME...
Sophie is not stupid. She quickly worked out that my this 'very lovely' brother was being very funny.
But I reassured her: "Sophie, my name is actually Leong . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Ku . . . . Cheh”
"You know... 孤独个 “孤” and 啫哩个 “啫” 。So,my name is 梁孤啫”
Yes, very LAME I know. Hehe!
I tried so hard not to laugh (while keeping my face really straight) but my this 'very lovely' brother was already broke out laughing.
Poor Sophie, you should look at her face, she was so confused trying to work out if she should believe me or not.
Anyway... that was funny. She still does not know what my real name is.
Perhaps 梁孤啫 (or lonely jelly) is what she needs to know for now (^o^)
It is good to keep it mysterious until I see her next.

Apart from the very fatiguing flight, my trip to Brisbane had been very pleasant.
Taxi charges were reasonable. Meeting was smooth. And Sophie was fun.
