Flight food disaster!

MAS airline advertises cheap flights to fly internationally every now and then...
That's how we got our special deal from to return to Malaysia...

Flying cheaply saved a bucket of dollars from our pocket, but it compromised our flight schedules.
Midnight departure wasn't brilliant. Shops at the airport were closed. Light was out. Atmosphere was gloomy lacking of human noises. This is the Brisbane international airport that I was talking about.

Customs officers found my luggage rather amusing...

As soon as we got onto the aircraft cabin, we wrapped ourselves like sleeping bugs. We had a short nap before cabin crew woke us up to supper ----- the Aussie's all time favourite sausage roll!!!

Then some kacang masin... oh yeah, this is my favourite snack! Paired well with the guava juice.

Then we went back to sleep. Alex slept well with his head leaning against the window. I had a broken sleep and woke up a couple of times with my head hanging in the aisle.

When the dawn broke, we got up for our disastrous breakfast. It's sausage again...!
The omelette was filled with cheese, cheese and more cheese!
The taste wasn't too bad but the meal was a bit too heavy for a breakfast.

On the return flight, they served us the same meals again.
We can't be bothered snapping picture of the sausage roll but here you go with the sausage-yyy breakfast again.

Luckily the fare was cheap!
MAS airline... hmmm... not very impressive though...
